Golf at Cotswolds Club
An undulating 6,316 yards, 18 hole, par 71 golf course, set out in two loops, comprising tree-lined fairways, in a delightful but challenging setting, for golfers of all abilities.
“Chosen as one of the Top 3 Courses in Oxfordshire by National Club Golfer Magazine”
The River Glyme rises close by and is the source of a number of our interesting ‘water features’, including a delightful par 3 played over a well stocked lake, home to a number of golf balls!. The course is maintained to a very high standard and occupying possibly the ‘highest ground’ in the Cotswolds, drainage is excellent, which practically guarantees play, all year round.
Compliments to the Green Staff
Ross Fisher’s caddy Adam Marrow played at Cotswolds Club at the beginning of September and was highly complimentary of the course in general and greens in particular. He actually commented to club pro Stewart Davies that Cotswold Club’s greens are in superb condition and were better than the greens at a recently completed Euro Tour event in the UK.
