A full non-refundable prepayment will be taken at the time of booking to secure your Spa Package with us. Once booked your package is non-refundable however your package can be amended once (subject to availability) to an alternative day providing there is 2 weeks notice to the originally booked and confirmed arrival date. To amend your booking, telephone our Reservations Team on 01608 642383 or reply to your email confirmation no later than 2 weeks to the original date booked. Amendments / Cancelations within 2 weeks of arrival are not permitted and we strongly advise you to seek independent travel insurance should you feel you may be affected by this.
Different Terms apply when booking more than 8 rooms and preferential rates can also be offered. We suggest you telephone the hotel directly for more details.
In the event, the Hotel Complex & Apartments are closed by Government ruling you will be entitled to a full refund. In the event for whatever reason (Covid related or not), you are unable to your stay but we are able to be open and trade, as we have held the reservation in good faith no refund or transfer will be offered. We therefore strongly advise you take out independent travel insurance.
