Frequently Asked Questions
Can we use additional AV equipment on the day?
Yes, subject to availability. Additional charges may apply and can be arranged with Reception on the day.
Can luggage be stored prior to check in and after check out?
Yes, subject to space availability.
Who looks after events on the day? Will we have a point of contact?
Our Operations Team will look after your event throughout the day. If required, a member of the Events Team is also available to assist.
Does the venue have electric vehicle charging points?
No. The nearest charging point is located at the Shell garage. Additional charging facilities may also be available within Chipping Norton.
Do you have lecterns?
We have two presentation plinths available for use.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, 30% upon event confirmation.
When is final payment due?
Remaining balance due one month prior.
Can additional delegates be added at short notice?
Yes, they found can but subject to availability and on a case by case basis.
Is the restaurant private for lunch, or will it be shared with other events?
The restaurant is a shared dining space and may be used by multiple events. Where possible, we can stagger dining times to provide greater privacy.
