No, a PA system with a wireless microphone is not included in our Day Delegate Rate (DDR) or 24-hour packages.
Does the venue have TV screens available to hire?
No, we do not have TV screens available for hire.
Does the projector have a remote control?
No, the projector does not come with a remote control.
Can taxis be arranged?
Yes, our reception team will be happy to assist you in arranging a taxi during your stay.
Can payment be made after the event?
No. Full payment must be received at one month prior to the event.
Can drinks and meals be charged to guest bedrooms?
No
Can materials/equipment be sent to the venue in advance?
Yes, subject to space availability.
How far is the venue from the motorway?
35 minutes from the M40.
Is there a minimum number of delegates required for the Day Delegate Rate?
Yes, a minimum number of 9 is required to qualify for DDR.
Does the Day Delegate Rate (DDR) apply to all group sizes?
The Day Delegate Rate applies to meetings with 10 or more delegates. Meetings with 9 delegates or fewer will be priced individually based on your requirements.
Will our group receive the inclusive working lunch?
Conferences with fewer than 15 delegates may be asked to order from the bar menu instead of receiving the inclusive working lunch included within the Day Delegate Rate. This is subject to other events taking place on the same day.
