The Hotel
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 3pm. Check-out is 11am. We do offer an early check-in or check-out at 13:00 for a charge of £30. This is subject to availability.
Do you allow dogs?
Sorry. We do not allow dogs, or any pets on our premises.
Do you have air conditioning?
No. Our rooms are not air-conditioned.
Do you offer triple rooms?
Yes we do. Please contact us.
Do you have any self-catering rooms?
Yes we do. Please contact us.
How far is it to Chipping Norton town?
There is a footpath all the way from the hotel to the centre of Chipping Norton. It is approx 1.2 miles and a walk of about 20 mins. There is also a bus stop right outside the entrance.
Do you have free Wifi?
Yes we have free wifi for all guests.
How many rooms do you have?
We have 114 bedrooms.
I have a complaint
We are very sorry to hear that. Please email us on enquiries@cotswoldsclub.co.uk immediately and we will investigate your complaint as soon as possible.
Do you have hair dryers?
Yes. There are hair dryers in all the rooms.
Do you have cots?
We can add cots to any of our rooms for an additional £10.00 per night. Please speak to the hotel to arrange.
Do you have EV chargers?
Sorry we do not have EV charging facilities.
Do you have wheelchair-accessible rooms?
Yes – please contact us directly to book an accessible room.
Golf
How do I book a tee time?

Do you rent clubs, trolleys or buggies?
Yes, we offer all three. Pre-booking is recommended.
Are visitors welcome?
Yes. Visitors can play from 9am each day.
Do you offer golf breaks?
Yes we offer several packages for overnight golf stays (see here)
Is there a dress code?
We are a very relaxed golf club without a strict dress code.
Do you have a driving range?
Sorry we do not have a driving rage. We have a small short game area and a hitting net.
Spa & Wellness
How do I book a treatment?
Treatments can be booked online by clicking here or you can call on 01608 642383.
Do you have a swimming pool?
No. We are a treatment-only spa.
What facilities do you have.
Please note that we are a treatment-only spa with no spa facilities on-site.
Do you offer golf breaks?
Yes we offer several packages for overnight golf stays (see here)
Is there a minimum age for spa treatments?
You must be 16 or over.
Are spa treatments open to non-residents?
Yes. The spa is open to the public.
Padel
How do I book a court?
Courts are bookable online through Playtomic (click here). Or you can call reception on 01608 642383
Do you offer equipment hire?
Yes! We have padel rackets and balls for hire for a small fee.
How many courts do you have?
We have 2 padel courts.
Are the courts covered?
No. Both courts are ourtside.
Can children play?
Yes. Children of all ages are welcome. Padel is the perfect family game.
Is there a dress code?
No. We are a very relaxed club. Just wear what’s comfortable.
Can non-hotel guests book padel?
Yes. We are open to the public.
