Terms: A full non-refundable prepayment will be taken at the time of booking to secure your Spa Package with us. Once booked your package is non-refundable however your package can be amended once (subject to availability) to an alternative day providing there is 2 weeks notice to the originally booked and confirmed arrival date. To amend your booking, telephone our Reservations Team on 01608 642383 or reply to your email confirmation no later than 2 weeks to the original date booked. Amendments / Cancelations within 2 weeks of arrival are not permitted and we strongly advise you to seek independent travel insurance should you feel you may be affected by this.
