The Marquee

We have many weddings taking place in the marquee and so you will be allowed access to set up at 9am the day of the wedding. We can confirm if you will be able to set up the night before 1 week prior to the wedding if there are no events taking place.

We suggest 8 is the most comfortable number. With a minimum of 6 and maximum of 10.

Yes, you can. They can easily clip onto the drapes with bulldog clips. You will need to provide your own 4m ladder for this as you will be responsible for the putting up and taking down of these. Please also ensure you are well supervised when doing so.

Our maximum number of guests is 250.

Unfortunately, due to insurance purposes we cannot hold any items for you the day before the event, these will have to arrive on the day.

Facilities

Access is for £20 per person for half a day’s use which can be added on to guest bookings on arrival. Spa access is free of charge when included in a Treatment costing upwards of £30.

Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate outdoor ceremonies. Ceremonies can take place in any of our licenced rooms.

Yes, we have up to 200 parking spaces free of charge.

Yes, we can. We have our brand-new function room, Fairways, which would be perfect for these, plus our Upstairs Restaurant where the ceremony is able to take place. We can certainly build you a bespoke package for this also, depending on your requirements.

We usually suggest to our couples that it is a nice way to include people in their wedding day, however, we are happy to do this for you if you require it.  

Unfortunately, we don’t, due to the nature of the golf course and the grass.

Yes, we do. We have a specific area by the marquee terrace area which they can be viewed from. We would need to know this three months prior to your wedding in order to make necessary arrangements. The fireworks company would need to be sourced externally as this is not something we provide.

Staying At the Hotel

Of course! To stay in one of our 2- or 4-bedroom apartments, there is a minimum of a 2 nights stay for your guests. We also offer a special upgrade option from the Bridal Suite for the happy couple.

Unfortunately not, check in is at 3pm but we do have a limited number of rooms that we can agree an early check in at the additional cost of £30, alternatively should it be essential that your guests can access the room prior to this, we suggest they book a room the night prior also.

Yes, gym access is included for any guests.

Yes, we can offer discounted rates. Please enquire with the Pro Shop for further details.

Yes, there are lifts on site, plus a full accessible wet room if required.

We do have additional rooms for hire (subject to availability). Another option would be to take advantage of our apartment upgrade and stay with us the night before.

Yes, there could be another wedding or event take place on the day, but you would have exclusive use of your function room along with bar access.  

Food & Drink

Yes, we do. You can Dry Hire the venue with your own caterers, providing we receive their liability insurance and a copy of their PAT testing certificate.

Yes. We are able to offer Menu Tastings at an additional charge for our three-course wedding breakfast, which would need to be booked well in advance. Please note we do not currently offer tastings for our canapés, hog roast or BBQ options.

Due to health and safety you will not have access to any microwaves or fridges on site.

The bar opening hours will be from the end of the ceremony to midnight, however we can arrange for you to have a late bar at an additional charge.
